She drones on, and on, and on

I finished my opening greetings, which takes about five seconds, the caller then talked until the 6-minute 28-second mark.She repeated herself numerous times, veered off topic constantly.

I was two minutes into her monolog before I even had a hint about what service (TV, Phone, Internet) she was having a problem with.

Because she had stated at that she refused to troubleshoot it was easily taken care of and the whole call was wrapped up in less than five minutes….

Customer: S-M-I-T-H
Mikel: *soul/death*..

Customer: I’d like to remove Fox Business News from my line up, please
Mikel: I see you just added that today, may I ask why you are removing that?
Customer: It is on channel 197, and that is too complicated to enter.
